Today I wanna talk about Responsibilities.
What is Responsibilities?
What do you know about Responsibilities?
What should you do when you have the Responsibilities to do?
Let's take a look at Scenario A.
Chef H, is responsible to draft staff's working time schedules. (Monday to Sunday) And he is responsible to get it done before the end of this week. (I'm talking about next week's timetable. At least he must get it done before Thursday.)
So, meaning to say, he must complete the timetable for Week 2 on Thursday (Week 1), right?
And let's say if there are staffs working part time. And I don't have to explain why part-timers work part time, right?
As a Chef, he should inform the new staffs or part-timers about changes in timetable, right? At least call them, right?
Let's say, Employee W and E (both are part timers) found out their working time for weekends are Morning Shift. (8am to 3pm) So, both of them came to work before 8am. While both of them still new, remember this, for the past two weeks, they weren't taught what to do, when they themselves find things to do like mop floor, sweep floor, clean the workstations, sanitize every possible things they can see, every 30 mins. By right, seniors should tell them and teach them what they should do, or what they can do when they report to work, right?
So, when W and E came to work at 8am and start setting up the workstations for 30 mins, they found out that their working time on the schedule was 12pm to 10pm. And it's Saturday on Week 2 and Chef H should have inform them (W and E) on Thursday (Week 1), right?
But Chef H didn't do so.
What can you guys say about Chef H when it comes to responsibilities?
